ASRC Federal, Mission Solutions (AFMS) is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration, and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking a Program Management Specialist to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. Responsibilities:

Manages technical, cost, and schedule performance of multiple Aegis/BMD/USN technical projects in accordance with contract requirements Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes

Support new proposals and updates to existing proposals through use of estimation and pricing tools Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Ensure timely completion of project tasks within budget utilizing appropriate scheduling and change control processes Support creation and tracking of Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) analysis Collaborate across the organization supporting finance and functional activities to establish budgets and performance plan for project execution Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance, U.S. Citizenship is required This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s) Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working on software projects entailing the development of tactical real-time mission critical software for the Department of Defense, preferably for the USN (SSDS Program a bonus)
