Operate system consoles, simulators, and supporting laboratory equipment. Monitor system status and respond to startup, configuration, and operational issues. Perform initial troubleshooting using established procedures, system logs, diagnostic information, and prior issue history. Document system issues, actions taken, relevant observations, and supporting diagnostic data. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate technical personnel. Assist laboratory users with system operation and execution of test activities. Maintain laboratory operability, configuration control, and readiness throughout the assigned shift. Coordinate with other laboratory operators, integration personnel, software teams, and test personnel to support uninterrupted laboratory use. Provide clear and complete turnover information to the incoming shift.

Requirements:

Ability to follow documented technical procedures and accurately record completed actions and observed system behavior. Basic proficiency in Python or similar scripting language. Basic troubleshooting and problem-isolation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently during assigned shifts while appropriately escalating issues when required.

Preferred but Not Required Experience:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
