ASRC Federal is seeking a Functional Requirements Analyst (Joint Capabilities) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with DoD, military medical, healthcare, operational medicine, or requirements-related experience to apply their skills in support of the Military Health System. The ideal candidate understands the DoD environment and is interested in learning how medical and operational needs are translated into functional requirements, capability documents, and acquisition processes. Experience with the Military Health System, Defense Health Agency, operational medicine, or DoD requirements is highly valued. Experience with JCIDS, JFRP, AAF, or MTA is a plus, but is not required. You will work with an experienced team to analyze operational readiness capability gaps, support requirements development, coordinate with stakeholders, and help develop documentation used to support military medical capabilities. Work Location: Hybrid – ability to work onsite a minimum of two days per week Clearance: Active Secret clearance.  Will consider active interim Secret clearance Responsibilities:

Support the analysis and documentation of operational and medical readiness capability gaps Assist with developing functional requirements and capability documentation Support acquisition documentation based on the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) Assist with Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP) and other requirements documentation Support the development of Capability Needs Statements (CNS), DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR), Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBA), and other health-related requirements documents Assist with developing and maintaining business processes and standard operating procedures Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities Maintain project status trackers and documentation Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, stakeholder lists, presentations, and other project materials Track project milestones and assist with reporting project status and issues to leadership Support readiness governance boards and working groups Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, analyses, and briefings Coordinate with customers and stakeholders and provide timely status updates Perform other Readiness Health support activities as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Experience supporting DoD, military medicine, Military Health System, Defense Health Agency, healthcare operations, operational medicine, or a related DoD environment is highly desirable Experience analyzing, documenting, or supporting functional or mission requirements is desirable, and completed Warfighter Acquisition University/Defense Acquisition University requirements coursework is a plus, but not required Interest in or familiarity with DoD acquisition and requirements processes Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), JCIDS, or JFRP is a plus Experience developing business processes, standard operating procedures, reports, or other technical documentation is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and team members Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as requirements change Experience with KM/DS, ETMS2, CATMS, or other DoD systems is a plus U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required Ability to work onsite a minimum of two days per week
