Vil du være med til at skabe tryghed og gode oplevelser for en dreng på 13 år? Har du overskud, empati og lyst til at gøre en forskel for ham og hans familie? Er du en haj til gaming, eller har du mod på at lære det? Så er det måske lige dig, vi leder efter.

Vi søger en rolig, stabil og engageret afløser til en 13-årig dreng med Aspergers syndrom og ADHD. Der er tale om en afløserstilling på 10 timer om måneden, som kan placeres både på hverdage og i weekender efter nærmere aftale med familien. Formålet med ordningen er at aflaste forældrene og skabe mulighed for, at de også kan have tid sammen med drengens lillesøster.

Opstart ønskes hurtigst muligt.

Om drengen Drengen er 13 år og har en stor interesse for gaming, særligt Minecraft og Pokemon. Han trives bedst med tydelige rammer, forudsigelighed og voksne, der møder ham med ro, forståelse og tålmodighed.

Opgaven vil blandt andet bestå i at være sammen med ham i hjemmet, skabe positive relationer og tage udgangspunkt i hans interesser og behov. I starten vil der være behov for at opbygge en relation, da det kan tage lidt tid at få denne opbygget.

  • Har erfaring med eller kendskab til børn og unge med Aspergers og ADHD
  • Er stabil, ansvarlig og kan indgå i et samarbejde med forældrene
  • Kan skabe en tryg, forudsigelig og struktureret ramme
  • Er rolig, tålmodig og relationskompetent
  • Kan stå fast på en anerkendende og tydelig måde
  • Har forståelse for betydningen af struktur, forberedelse og genkendelighed
  • Gerne har interesse for gaming eller har lyst til at møde drengen gennem hans interesser

Om jobbet Arbejdet foregår i familiens hjem i Brylle, og timerne vil ligge på hverdage og i weekender efter fleksibel planlægning med familien.
