Responsabilidades Essenciais:

  • Contas a receber: Gerenciar o recebimento de valores de clientes e monitorar o fluxo de entrada.
  • Faturamento: Emitir faturas e notas fiscais para clientes, assegurando a precisão das informações.
  • Contas a pagar: Administrar os pagamentos a fornecedores, respeitando prazos e condições estabelecidas.
  • Efetuar conciliações bancárias: Verificar e conciliar saldos bancários e lançamentos financeiros diariamente.
  • Cobrança de inadimplentes: Realizar o acompanhamento e as ações de cobrança para recebimento de clientes inadimplentes.
  • Organização de arquivos: Manter a organização de documentos financeiros internos e de clientes, tanto em arquivos físicos quanto digitais.
  • Compras de demandas internas: Efetuar compras necessárias para a operação interna da empresa, com atenção à negociação e controle de fornecedores.

Habilidades Comportamentais:

  • Comunicação verbal eficaz, com habilidade para diálogo direto e claro com clientes e fornecedores.
  • Escrita clara e fluente em português.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de comunicação on-line, como e-mails e aplicativos.
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de documentos financeiros internos e de clientes.

Experiência:

  • Experiência em atividades financeiras, incluindo contas a receber, contas a pagar, gestão de impostos e folha de pagamento.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas bancários e bom entendimento de documentos fiscais.
  • Experiência com sistemas de controle financeiro; conhecimento no sistema OMIE será um diferencial.
  • Excel em nível intermediário e conhecimentos básicos de Word e PowerPoint.

Escolaridade:

Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em áreas como Contabilidade, Administração ou Economia.
