  • Experiência em gestão de projetos, processos, PMO, planejamento ou acompanhamento de indicadores;
  • Organizada e disciplinada para conduzir múltiplas demandas, prazos, responsáveis e entregas;
  • Perfil analítico e facilidade para transformar informações em clareza, direcionamento e visibilidade para a gestão, comunicando-se com facilidade e transite bem entre diferentes áreas;
  • Tenha iniciativa para fazer follow-ups, identificar desvios, antecipar riscos e movimentar as ações necessárias;
  • Saiba cobrar com equilíbrio, construindo relações de confiança e mantendo o foco em resultados;
  • Visão sistêmica para conectar estratégia, processos, pessoas e execução;
  • Tenha familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão, indicadores, dashboards e apresentações executivas — será um diferencial;
