Ihre Aufgaben

Unser Immobilienentwicklungsteams hat einen spannenden Praktikumsplatz mit viel Raum für Verantwortung und abwechslungsreichen Projekten zu vergeben, welche auch die Chance auf eine langfristige Festanstellung bietet.

DEINE Aufgaben als Teil des Baumanagement und Immobilienentwicklungsteams:

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Auftraggebern
  • Weites Spektrum an verschiedenen Projekten. Von der Renovierung bis zur Gebäudesanierung, Umnutzung und Erweiterung durch z.B. Dachgeschossausbauten ist alles dabei.
  • Technische und Kaufmännische Überwachung der laufenden Projekte
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation der Baustellenlogistik und bei der Projektdokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Mitarbeitern des Bauteams / externen Baudienstleistern
  • Budgetplanung sowie Auftrags- und Rechnungsmanagement
  • Ansprechpartner für Generalunternehmer, Architekten, Fachplaner und Handwerker aller Gewerke
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Kosten, Termine und Qualität am Bau
  • Verhandlungen mit Behörden, Nachunternehmern, Projektanten u.a.

Wir haben uns auf die steigenden Anforderungen an die Immobilien durch das Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG) und Nachhaltigkeitskriterien spezialisiert und möchten so unseren Kunden ganzheitliche und zukunftsfähige Lösungen anbieten.

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau), Architektur, Versorgungstechnik, Baumanagement, Energiedesignmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an Immobilien / Bauwesen
  • Selbstständigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Kontaktfreudig
  • Zielorientiertes, wirtschaftliches Handeln sowie eine strukturierte, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Problemlösekompetenz
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B bzw. 3
