Description

Assistance Conseil Cameroun recrute pour le compte d'une entreprise basée à Douala un responsable communication et marketing.

Profil professionnel

  • Bac +5 en commerce, marketing, gestion ou équivalent (grande école, université)
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dont 3 ans en direction commerciale, idéalement en FinTech,Télécom ou Mobile Money
  • Français courant (requis), anglais professionnel (apprécié)
  • Disponible pour des déplacements régionaux et ponctuellement Internationaux.

Connaissances requises

  • Maîtrise des outils CRM, analytique et plateformes de marketing digital
  • Excellentes connaissances en négociation et gestion de partenariats stratégiques
  • Connaissance des réglementations Mobile Money en Afrique centrale
  • Une bonne connaissance des outils KPI et des interprétations de résultat ;
  • Une bonne connaissance de l'environnement web et réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop).

  • Leadership affirmé, capacité à fédérer et à motiver des équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Forte orientation résultats
  • Bonne culture d'entreprise.

Attributions

  • Définir la stratégie go-to-market B2C, B2B et B2G en lien avec les objectifs du groupe
  • Identifier les segments porteurs (particuliers, PME, administrations, diaspora) et prioriser les actions
  • Coordonner le déploiement commercial dans les zones prioritaires
  • Suivre les indicateurs de croissance et ajuster les orientations stratégiques
  • Manager les responsables de pôle (Ventes & Distribution, Marketing & Com, Partenariats)
  • Fixer les objectifs annuels et trimestriels, évaluer les performances ;
  • Animer les revues commerciales et marketing hebdomadaires
  • Développer les compétences de l'équipe et construire une culture de performance
  • Élaborer et gérer le budget commercial et marketing annuel
  • Produire les rapports mensuels de performance à destination du COMEX
  • Analyser la rentabilité par canal, segment et produit
  • Collaborer avec la Direction Produit pour le lancement de nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Travailler avec la direction technique sur la qualité de service et l'expérience utilisateur
  • Assurer la conformité commerciale avec la Direction Conformité & Risques
