Om mig: Vill du ha ett kreativt, roligt, och meningsfullt arbete? Jag söker nu en personlig assistent. Jag är en 26-årig kille som bor med min familj i Järfälla som är glad och musikintresserad. Jag har ett omfattande behov av stöd i min vardag och hos mig får du ett varierande arbete där du hjälper till med allt från vardagliga rutiner till att skapa stimulerande aktiviteter. En stor del av vardagen spenderas på daglig verksamhet, där du också arbetar med andra i personalgruppen. Om dig: Ja söker en positiv person som gillar att hitta på saker. Du har tålamod, är trygg i dig själv, och vågar ta initiativ. Du ser värdet i både lek och struktur. Arbetet kan vara fysiskt, så du behöver ha god fysik. Du är också tydlig i din kommunikation och har förmågan att motivera. Erfarenhet av autism och epilepsi är ett plus, men det viktigaste är att du är rätt person, med hjärtat på rätt ställe. Bemanning: Det ingår ett utökat (och arvoderat) bemanningsuppdrag i den här tjänsten som innebär att man vissa veckor måste vara anträffbar på annan tid än arbetstid, för att i situationer då ingripande krävs ringa in en vikarie eller själv hoppa in och assistera. Detta är Assistans i Balans sätt att säkerställa att våra uppdragsgivare alltid har en välbekant assistent vid sin sida. Uppdraget delas av alla assistenter som arbetar efter ett regelbundet schema. Tjänsten: Är på 65%, dagtid under tisdag, onsdag och torsdag 8.00-17.00. Du får gärna också hoppa in extra vid behov. För att anställas måste du uppvisa giltig ID-handling utdrag ur polisregistret och eventuella dokument som styrker rätten till arbete inom Sverige. Tillträde: Vi söker en ny assistent omgående, men kommer lägga stor vikt vid att hitta rätt person. Du kommer att få gå en gedigen introduktion på plats för att det ska bli så bra för kunden och dig som anställd. Individuell lönesättning
