Sei un/una Assistente in cure e salute comunitaria (ASSC) e desideri mettere le tue competenze al servizio dell’assistenza domiciliare? Nell’ambito dello sviluppo del nostro organico, stiamo cercando diversi Assistenti in cure e salute comunitaria (ASSC) per future missioni presso le strutture di assistenza domiciliare del Cantone di Vaud. Le candidature selezionate potranno essere presentate alle diverse associazioni e fondazioni partner del cantone attive nel settore dell’assistenza domiciliare.Missione

- Fornire assistenza di base e cure medico-tecniche delegate in conformità con il proprio ambito di competenza.

- Affiancare gli utenti nelle attività della vita quotidiana.

- Monitorare lo stato di salute degli utenti e trasmettere tutte le informazioni rilevanti al team sanitario.

- Contribuire all’assistenza domiciliare e al benessere degli utenti.

- Collaborare con infermieri, assistenti domiciliari e altri professionisti sanitari, nonché con i familiari che prestano assistenza.

- Garantire la tracciabilità degli interventi negli strumenti informatici messi a disposizione.

- Contribuire a un’assistenza di qualità, incentrata sui bisogni e sull’autonomia della persona.

Profilo

- Attestato federale di capacità (AFC) di Assistente alla cura e alla salute comunitaria (ASSC) o titolo ritenuto equivalente e riconosciuto in Svizzera.

- L’esperienza nell’assistenza domiciliare costituisce un vantaggio.

- Senso di responsabilità e capacità organizzative.

- Ottime capacità relazionali e interpersonali.

- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo pur integrandosi in un team multidisciplinare.

- Buona padronanza del francese scritto e parlato.

- Dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici per il monitoraggio delle cure.

Requisiti indispensabili

- Patente di guida di categoria B valida

- Veicolo personale obbligatorio

- Casellario giudiziario ordinario e estratto speciale puliti (richiesti nell’ambito del processo di selezione)
