Nell’ambito del potenziamento del nostro organico, stiamo cercando diversi ausiliari sanitari CRS e assistenti sanitari per incarichi presso le strutture di assistenza domiciliare del Cantone di Vaud. I candidati selezionati potranno essere presentati alle diverse associazioni e fondazioni partner del cantone attive nel settore dell’assistenza domiciliare.Missione

- Affiancare i clienti nelle attività della vita quotidiana.

- Fornire le cure di base e i servizi di assistenza secondo le direttive in vigore.

- Contribuire al mantenimento dell’autonomia e del benessere dei clienti presso il loro domicilio.

- Osservare lo stato generale delle persone assistite e trasmettere le informazioni utili alle équipe sanitarie.

- Fornire sostegno relazionale e contribuire al benessere fisico e psicologico dei clienti.

- Collaborare con infermieri, assistenti sanitari e altri professionisti che operano a domicilio.

- Garantire la tracciabilità degli interventi negli strumenti informatici messi a disposizione.

Profilo

- Certificato di assistente sanitario CRS o diploma di assistente di cura riconosciuto in Svizzera.

- Per i candidati in possesso di un diploma straniero, è obbligatorio il riconoscimento da parte della Croce Rossa Svizzera (CRS) o che tale riconoscimento sia in fase di ottenimento.

- È gradita l’esperienza nell’assistenza domiciliare, nelle case di cura, in istituti o in ambito ospedaliero.

- Senso del servizio, benevolenza e rispetto per la persona.

- Eccellenti doti relazionali e umane.

- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e di gestire gli spostamenti quotidiani.

- Buona padronanza del francese parlato e scritto.

- Dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici per il monitoraggio delle cure.

Requisiti indispensabili

- Patente di guida di categoria B valida

- Veicolo personale obbligatorio

- Casellario giudiziario ordinario e estratto speciale puliti (documenti richiesti in sede di assunzione)
