Vous souhaitez exercer une activité humaine, utile et proche des patients ? Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre pool de collaborateurs, nous recherchons plusieurs Auxiliaires de santé CRS et Aides-soignant(e)s pour des missions au sein des structures de soins à domicile du canton de Vaud. Les candidats sélectionnés pourront être présentés aux différentes associations et fondations de soins à domicile partenaires du canton.Mission

- Accompagner les clients dans les activités de la vie quotidienne.

- Assurer les soins de base et les prestations d’accompagnement selon les directives en vigueur.

- Participer au maintien de l’autonomie et du confort des clients à leur domicile.

- Observer l’état général des personnes accompagnées et transmettre les informations utiles aux équipes soignantes.

- Apporter un soutien relationnel et contribuer au bien-être physique et psychologique des clients.

- Collaborer avec les infirmiers, ASSC et autres professionnels intervenant au domicile.

- Assurer la traçabilité des interventions dans les outils informatiques mis à disposition.

Profil

- Certificat d’Auxiliaire de santé CRS ou diplôme d’Aide-soignant(e) reconnu en Suisse.

- Pour les candidats titulaires d’un diplôme étranger, une reconnaissance Croix-Rouge Suisse (CRS) obligatoire ou en cours d’obtention.

- Expérience en soins à domicile, en EMS, en institution ou en milieu hospitalier appréciée.

- Sens du service, bienveillance et respect de la personne.

- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et humaines.

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer les déplacements quotidiens.

- Bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit.

- Aisance avec les outils informatiques de suivi des soins.

Conditions indispensables

- Permis de conduire catégorie B valide

- Véhicule personnel obligatoire

- Casier judiciaire ordinaire et extrait spécial vierges (documents demandés dans le cadre du recrutement)
