The posting

Your mission

You will own the partnership strategy for Alea end to end. You will identify, win, and grow commercial sales partnerships across DACH and international markets, and forge technology partnerships that extend and strengthen the Alea platform. You will work closely with our leadership, product, and sales teams, and represent AssistMe externally as a trusted, credible partner to the care and health-tech industry. This includes:

  • Partner channel development: build the partner network from scratch — identify, approach, and onboard distributors, resellers, medical-device dealers, technology provider and care-provider groups to sell and deploy Alea in the German speaking countries.
  • Deals & contracts: structure, negotiate, and close partnership and reseller agreements end to end — commercial terms, margins, and service levels — working with legal and finance.
  • Partner enablement & growth: equip partners with training, sales materials, and demos so they sell independently; own the key relationships and drive joint business plans and revenue targets.
  • International expansion: prioritize target markets, choose the entry model (distributor, reseller, or direct), and win the distribution partners to get there.
  • Local go-to-market: with product and marketing, adapt Alea's positioning, pricing, and materials to each market's regulatory and reimbursement conditions. Technology ecosystem: build partnerships with complementary providers — EHR and care-documentation systems, nurse-call systems, sensor manufacturers, IoT platforms — and define the business case for integrations with product and engineering.
  • Joint offerings: develop co-selling, co-marketing, and bundled propositions with technology partners that extend Alea's reach.
  • Strategy & pipeline: monitor the elderly-care, medtech, and health-tech landscape, translate trends into a partnership roadmap with clear targets, and generate, qualify, and convert the pipeline that delivers it.
  • Collaboration & reporting: work hand in hand with sales, product, marketing, and customer success; represent AssistMe at trade fairs and industry events; track performance against KPIs, forecast revenue, keep CRM and deal data accurate, and feed market insights back into the roadmap.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, ideally in health-tech, medtech, SaaS, IoT, or the care/healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of building partner networks and closing complex B2B partnership or distribution deals from scratch.
  • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with deal structuring, pricing, margins, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience selling into or partnering within the DACH market; international business development experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of, or genuine interest in, technology partnerships and integrations (APIs, platforms, ecosystems).
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); further languages are a plus.
  • You work in a structured way, set your own priorities, and are comfortable with the autonomy and ambiguity of a fast-growing company.
  • Willingness to travel roughly 20–30% of your time within DACH and internationally for partner and industry meetings.

Why us?

  • A permanent position with real ownership and direct impact on the growth of a purpose-driven health-tech company
  • The opportunity to shape and upscale AssistMe´s partnership function
  • A collaborative, ambitious team and short decision-making paths
  • Hybrid working with a flexible home-office arrangement
  • Competitive compensation plus a performance-based component tied to partner revenue, and room to grow with the company
  • A modern office in a central location — dogs welcome
  • A monthly benefits allowance via Probonio, which you can put towards Urban Sports, shopping vouchers or your individual mobility

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
