Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere Schweizer Gesellschaften
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Sozialversicherungsmeldungen wie EO, Mutterschaft, Unfall und Krankentaggeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung und Kontrolle der Quellensteuer
  • Pflege und Überprüfung lohnrelevanter Personal- und Stammdaten in SAP HCM
  • Kontrolle und Abstimmung von Rechnungen sowie sozialversicherungsrelevanten Meldungen
  • Kontierung und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für die Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung regelmässiger Payroll-Kontrollen sowie Mitarbeit bei periodischen Abschlüssen und Jahresendarbeiten
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von lohnbezogenen Daten und Reports in Excel
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Sozialversicherungen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Dein Profil

  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer
  • Erfahrung mit SAP HCM, idealerweise im Payroll-Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Lohnbuchhaltung, Sozialversicherungen und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
