The posting

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a full time, front desk Concierge to support its condominium community in east Boston, MA.

Work hours are: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.

Daily responsibiliites:

  • Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, guests, contractors and vendors.
  • Manage foot traffic in and out of the building.
  • Walk and inspect lobby and common areas. Maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Monitor security cameras.
  • Receive, sort, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliervies.
  • Manage the Sign in and Sign out Log for packages, deliveries, keys, and FOBs.
  • Activate and issue key FOBs.
  • Manage phone and emails.
  • Data enter.
  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and assisting contractors and vendors onsite.
  • Proactively identify, address, or report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or irregularities within the common areas.
  • Promptly communicate observations, incidents, and items requiring attention to management or a supervisor.
  • Take ownership of the appearance and condition of lobby and amenity spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
  • Proactively problem solve, maintaining strong multitasking skills, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Other duties as requested.

Hourly pay rate: $25-$27.

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • 2+ years of concierge or in-person customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Customer service focused and team oriented.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Manage multiple projects at the same while maintaining positive and professional dispositon.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills
