Member Experience Coordinator

Blue Ridge Mountain Club – Boone, NC

Pay: $17.00 per hour Position Type: Full-Time Department: Hospitality Reports To: Director of Hospitality

Position Overview

This position combines the responsibilities of a concierge, restaurant host, and member services associate. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, assisting members, and creating welcoming, personalized experiences throughout the Club.

Key Responsibilities

Member Services & Concierge

  • Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general member inquiries.
  • Assist with Club information, member requests, and portal navigation.
  • Support event registrations, member communications, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Build relationships with members and anticipate their needs.

Restaurant Hosting

  • Greet and seat members and guests at Jasper House and Lookout Grill.
  • Manage dining reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists.
  • Communicate special requests and dining preferences to the service team.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming host station.
  • Assist with smooth dining room operations during busy periods.

Events & Hospitality Support

  • Assist with member event registrations, check-in, and preparation.
  • Support Club activities and special hospitality experiences.
  • Coordinate with Member Services and Food & Beverage leadership.
  • Help maintain consistent service standards across Club operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and reservation systems.
  • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

  • Members feel welcomed, recognized, and valued.
  • Reservations, registrations, and member requests are handled accurately.
  • Communication between Member Services and Food & Beverage runs smoothly.
  • Daily responsibilities are completed consistently and professionally.
  • The employee contributes to a positive and supportive hospitality environment.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour

Blue Ridge Mountain Club POA is managed by CAMS, a community association management company. Eligible employees may have access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits according to applicable employment policies.
