Descrição da vaga: Atuar na gestão estratégica dos programas de Educação Inclusiva da instituição, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços, o cumprimento de metas e o alinhamento com as parcerias estabelecidas. O(a) profissional será responsável por liderar e acompanhar equipes técnicas e profissionais de apoio à inclusão, representar institucionalmente a ABESS junto a prefeituras, secretarias de educação e órgãos públicos, além de desenvolver e fortalecer parcerias institucionais. Também realizará o acompanhamento de indicadores, relatórios técnicos e prestações de contas, monitorando a legislação e as políticas públicas relacionadas à Educação Inclusiva.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação na área da Educação;
  • Especialização em Educação Inclusiva;
  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos na área da Educação;
  • Experiência em gestão de programas, projetos ou equipes educacionais;
  • Conhecimento da legislação e das políticas públicas de Educação Inclusiva.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no atendimento de estudantes com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA);
  • Experiência em organizações da sociedade civil;
  • Conhecimento do Marco Regulatório das Organizações da Sociedade Civil (MROSC).

Perfil profissional desejado:

Liderança, proatividade, postura firme, excelente comunicação oral e escrita, capacidade de argumentação técnica, negociação e articulação institucional, além de comprometimento com a defesa da Educação Inclusiva.

Local de atuação: Porto Alegre – RS (presencial)

Carga horária: 44 horas semanais

Remuneração: A combinar
