Missão

Atuar no suporte às atividades da área Jurídica, contribuindo para a elaboração, organização e controle de documentos, contratos e informações jurídicas. Apoiar os advogados na condução das demandas da área por meio da execução de atividades administrativas e técnicas, assegurando a conformidade dos registros, a organização documental e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a segurança jurídica da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar os advogados na elaboração, revisão e organização de documentos jurídicos, incluindo contratos, distratos, termos de cessão, notificações, acordos de confidencialidade (NDA) e demais instrumentos correlatos.
  • Realizar a validação, atualização e cadastro de empresas, fornecedores, clientes e documentos nos sistemas corporativos, assegurando a integridade das informações.
  • Controlar o fluxo de assinaturas e a organização física e eletrônica dos documentos jurídicos, garantindo rastreabilidade, controle e disponibilidade das informações.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração e análise preliminar de documentos legais e contratuais, observando os procedimentos e orientações estabelecidos pela área.
  • Apoiar a elaboração de respostas a ofícios judiciais e extrajudiciais, providenciando informações, documentos e registros necessários.
  • Acompanhar e controlar prazos judiciais, extrajudiciais e administrativos, apoiando o cumprimento tempestivo das obrigações da área.
  • Atualizar e manter registros de contratos, documentos jurídicos e controles operacionais nos sistemas de apoio e gestão da área.
  • Executar atividades administrativas relacionadas aos processos jurídicos, incluindo lançamentos em sistemas, controle de documentos, notificações e organização de arquivos.
  • Prestar suporte às demandas de clientes internos e externos, registrando solicitações, fornecendo informações e direcionando demandas conforme os procedimentos definidos.
  • Apoiar a equipe jurídica na preparação de reuniões, elaboração de materiais, registros e atas relacionadas às atividades da área.
  • Contribuir para a organização, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos e controles da Gerência Jurídica.
  • Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza e a complexidade do cargo.

Graduação: Ensino Superior Completo: Direito.
