Principais Responsabilidades da Função:

  • Suportar a equipe na sustentação, operação, manutenção das soluções e serviços prestados pela ABR Telecom;
  • Apoio na geração de relatório de indicadores operacionais;
  • Apoio na criação e acompanhamento dos monitoramentos de serviço;
  • Apoio na criação de dashboards de acompanhamento do serviço;
  • Apoio na criação e manutenção de ferramentas de apoio a gestão operacional dos serviços.

Qualificação Requerida:

  • Cursando Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Redes ou Engenharia de Telecomunicações.

Descrição do Cargo - PCCR:

  • Executar atividades básicas da área por meio de lançamento de dados em sistemas, recebimento e envio de documentos, organização de arquivo, dentre outras;
  • Realizar o atendimento pessoal e telefônico mediante registro de informações e direcionamento para a área ou pessoa responsável;
  • Apoiar os gerentes, supervisores, assessores e analistas I nas atividades da área;
  • Realizar as atividades da área mediante supervisão direta na execução dos processos;
  • Dar apoio nas reuniões internas por meio da organização de salas, organização de material a ser utilizado, confirmação de presenças, dentre outras atividades de rotina;
  • Executar demais atividades de semelhante complexidade e inerentes ao cargo.

Experiência Requerida:

  • Não obrigatório experiência em estágios anteriores.

  • Não possui gestão de equipes.
