O Enfermeiro(a) atua na gestão dos serviços de enfermagem, assegurando a qualidade e segurança da assistência. Desenvolve ações de promoção e prevenção em saúde, acompanha as condições dos usuários e orienta familiares quanto aos cuidados e hábitos saudáveis. Garante o cumprimento das normas técnicas e éticas. Participa de reuniões institucionais, mantém registros atualizados e contribui para a integração das ações com a equipe multiprofissional, sendo também responsável pelos registros nos sistemas internos e do SUS.

Formação: Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem

Ter registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN)

● Realizar monitoramento clínico e acompanhamento integral da saúde física e mental das pessoas atendidas. ● Promover ações educativas com famílias e cuidadores sobre autocuidado, prevenção de agravos e manejo de rotina domiciliar. ● Executar cuidados diretos, acompanhar uso de medicações e supervisionar intercorrências de saúde durante as atividades do projeto. ● Integrar-se às demais áreas do projeto para garantir segurança, acessibilidade e atendimento humanizado. ● Participar da elaboração de protocolos de cuidados de enfermagem e de fl uxos de atendimento em saúde para pessoas com defi ciência.
