CONTEXTO E DESCRIÇÃO DO PROJETO:

A AVSI Brasil é uma organização da sociedade civil, sem fins lucrativos, criada em 2007, que atua com foco na melhoria das condições de vida de pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade. Trabalha em parceria com atores da cooperação internacional, setor público e iniciativa privada. Vinculada à Fundação AVSI, ONG italiana atuante no Brasil desde os anos 1980, tem como missão promover o protagonismo das pessoas em seu desenvolvimento, de suas famílias e comunidades. Implementa projetos sociais com base em uma metodologia de desenvolvimento integral e solidário, voltada à autonomia e à dignidade humana.

O Projeto Treinando Estrelas – Ano I é uma iniciativa socioesportiva, com duração de 12 meses, realizada por meio da Lei de Incentivo ao Esporte, do Ministério do Esporte e patrocinado pela Petrobrás. O projeto prevê a oferta de quatro modalidades esportivas — natação, jiu-jitsu, capoeira e futsal — a serem desenvolvidas em 5 (cinco) espaços públicos do município de Macaé para 560 crianças e adolescentes com faixa etária de 6 a 15 anos. O seu objeto principal é oportunizar práticas de desporto educacional de qualidade a crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco social da localidade, promovendo o ensino e a prática esportiva para o desenvolvimento integral e a inclusão social dos beneficiados.

DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA DO CARGO:

O Coordenador Pedagógico é responsável por liderar e garantir a execução da metodologia educacional e do cronograma do projeto, monitorando de perto o impacto social e o desenvolvimento dos alunos. Além da vertente pedagógica, o cargo possui forte atuação na articulação territorial, sendo o elo de ligação e relacionamento entre o projeto, as escolas públicas parceiras, as famílias e a comunidade.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES DO CARGO:

Coordenar as atividades pedagógicas do projeto, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma e das diretrizes educacionais. Garantir a aplicação prática da metodologia educacional proposta pelo projeto em todas as frentes de atendimento aos alunos

Monitorar o desenvolvimento escolar dos alunos, acompanhando o rendimento, a frequência e a evolução pedagógica. Gerenciar o relacionamento institucional com as escolas parceiras da rede pública de ensino, promovendo o alinhamento de informações. Conduzir reuniões periódicas com pais e responsáveis, fortalecendo o vínculo entre as famílias e as ações do projeto. Acompanhar e monitorar os indicadores de impacto pedagógico e social do projeto. Planejar e supervisionar as atividades complementares executadas junto aos beneficiários. Apoiar na elaboração de documentos e relatórios técnicos necessários para as prestações de contas física e financeira. Apoiar a articulação e as relações institucionais locais no território de atuação. Auxiliar na produção e revisão de materiais de comunicação institucional destinados a publicações oficiais e divulgação de resultados.
