Alors, nice to meet you !\\ \\Juriste \\- Mission temporaire de 10 mois\\ -------------------------------------------- \\Au sein de notre équipe juridique, tu occupes un rôle clé en accompagnant les différentes entités du Groupe sur des questions de droit variées. Ton objectif ? Fournir des conseils juridiques pragmatiques, sécuriser les activités de l'entreprise par tes compétences juridiques, et veiller à la conformité des pratiques avec les exigences légales et réglementaires.\\ \\Ce que tu fais au quotidien\\ Tu conseilles les différentes entités du Groupe sur des questions juridiques variées, principalement en droit des assurances (LPGA / LAMal / LCA), ainsi que dans d'autres domaines du droit, selon les besoins de l'équipe. Tu participes à des projets stratégiques et d'envergure pour le Groupe dans tes domaines de compétence. Tu rédiges les règlements et directives internes du Groupe Assura et assures la défense de ses intérêts juridiques, en veillant à sécuriser ses activités et à accompagner ses objectifs. \\Ce que tu apportes à l'équipe\\ Tu disposes d'un Master en droit suisse. Tu bénéficies d'au moins trois ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'assurance\\-maladie, et tu fais preuve d'excellentes connaissances juridiques ainsi que d'une forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et possèdes idéalement de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand. Tu communiques avec aisance, apprécies le travail en équipe et favorises la collaboration, tout en étant à l'aise dans les relations avec des interlocuteurs variés. Tu travailles de manière rapide, rigoureuse et organisée.
