  • Support debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems during development, testing, and deployment
  • Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and system validation activities
  • Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly through written documentation and verbal discussions
  • Stay current on emerging automation technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation

What are the requirements needed for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience working with industrial automation, controls engineering, or manufacturing systems
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (structured text, ladder logic, or equivalent)
  • Experience with traditional programming languages such as C++, as well as version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions to complex engineering challenges
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced development environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workloads
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, team-based environments

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience designing or supporting vision-based automation systems and inspection applications
  • Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, data processing, or system integration
  • Experience taking a lead role in defining automation hardware architectures and control platform standards
  • Exposure to large-scale material handling, robotics, packaging, or sortation systems

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
