Acerca del puesto

Buscamos un(a) Analista de Operaciones (Cobranza Automotriz) responsable de la administración de cuentas por cobrar, gestión de cobranza, facturación y análisis de cartera, asegurando la recuperación oportuna de saldos y el cumplimiento de las disposiciones fiscales vigentes.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a cuentas por cobrar y saldos vencidos.
  • Negociar promesas de pago y dar seguimiento a su cumplimiento.
  • Atender y mantener comunicación con clientes, distribuidores y socios de negocio.
  • Identificar, registrar y conciliar pagos.
  • Elaborar y analizar reportes de cartera, saldos vencidos y deudor por prima.
  • Escalar cuentas críticas y gestionar cartera por antigüedad.
  • Emitir facturas, complementos de pago (PPD) y asegurar el cumplimiento de CFDI 4.0.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida en Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas o afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Cuentas por Cobrar y Cobranza.
  • Conocimiento de facturación electrónica, CFDI 4.0 y complementos de pago.
  • Manejo de PAC de facturación y procesos de facturación masiva.
  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, cruces de información y macros).
  • Experiencia en manejo y análisis de bases de datos.
  • Deseable Experiencia en seguros, industria automotriz o fianzas
