Et pour y parvenir, nos 8 000 Switchers mobilisent leur expertise en ingénierie, management de projet et digital.

Présents dans 13 pays (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Asie centrale, Amérique du Nord), nous contribuons au développement de nouvelles capacités de production d’électricité nucléaire, au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des installations existantes, ainsi qu'à la conception et à la réalisation d'infrastructures critiques, notamment dans le secteur de la défense.

Description du poste

Votre future équipe :

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, vous rejoignez l’équipe recrutement d’Assystem spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des recrutements de nos différentes activités. Véritable Business Partner, vous travaillez au plus près des équipes opérationnelles afin de les accompagner dans l’identification et la sélection de leurs futurs talents.

Vos principales missions :

  • Etablir la stratégie recrutement sur le périmètre attribué
  • Rechercher les candidats via les différentes sources (chasse, jobboards, réseaux,…),
  • Promouvoir la cooptation et assurer son suivi
  • Réaliser des entretiens de Recrutement et suivre l'intégralité du process recrutement
  • Négocier et établir les propositions d’embauche
  • Assurer le reporting de l’activité recrutement,
  • Organiser et participer à des événements dédiés au recrutement (AfterWork, salons, séminaires,…),
  • Participer au développement et visibilité de la stratégie marque employeur
  • Proposer et mettre en place des partenariats Ecole
  • Participer au suivi de l'intégration des nouveaux embauchés (y compris organisation d'Afterwork intégration)
  • Participer à des projets transverses

Qualifications

  • De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le métier du Recrutement.
  • Idéalement, vous possédez une bonne culture industrielle (nucléaire, défense, transport…) et surtout une capacité à appréhender rapidement de nouveaux secteurs et métiers.
  • Dans le cadre de ce remplacement de 6 mois, vous êtes en mesure de faire preuve de réactivité, d’adaptabilité et d’autonomie afin de prendre rapidement en main votre périmètre.
  • Votre capacité à être force de proposition, votre posture Business Partner et votre aisance à travailler en autonomie seront les clés de votre réussite.
