Description du poste

Votre future équipe

Sous la responsabilité d'Adrien, Responsable Bureau d'études, vous rejoignez une équipe projet basée à Tours, en interface directe avec les équipes techniques, les chefs de projet et le client, sur des projets liés au nouveau nucléaire (EPR2) comme au parc en exploitation.

Vos missions

Vous participez au pilotage opérationnel de projets d'ingénierie nucléaire, dans un environnement multi-métiers et fortement challengeant en termes de performance industrielle. Ce poste constitue une étape clé vers le pilotage complet de projets et les fonctions de management de projet.

Vos principales missions sont :

🔸 Participer au pilotage opérationnel des projets et au suivi du delivery.

🔸 Coordonner les équipes études et assurer le suivi des livrables.

🔸 Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs projet.

🔸 Suivre les engagements coûts, délais et qualité sur votre périmètre.

🔸 Préparer et animer certaines réunions de pilotage.

🔸 Contribuer à l'identification et au suivi des risques projet.

🔸 Participer au pilotage des sous-traitants.

🔸 Assurer le reporting projet auprès du Chef de Projet.

Qualifications

Vos atouts et les prérequis pour réussir

🔸 Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 ingénieur ou universitaire.

🔸 Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en environnement industriel.

🔸 Une première expérience en pilotage de projet, coordination technique ou gestion d'affaires est appréciée.

🔸 Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre bon relationnel.

🔸 Vous avez une capacité à coordonner des interfaces multiples et une réelle culture de la performance et du résultat.

🔸 Un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum est requis.

🔸 La connaissance d'outils de pilotage projet (Primavera, Excel avancé, reporting…) constitue un plus.
