This role will support the execution, validation, and verification of software and hardware systems across component-level and integrated system test environments. The engineer will work closely with software developers, systems engineers, electrical engineers, and integration teams to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

As part of the validation and test organization, you will participate in the planning, execution, and analysis of test activities using a variety of methodologies, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, laboratory experience, and a passion for supporting complex engineering systems through testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of component-level, subsystem-level, and integrated system testing activities
  • Document test execution results, perform data analysis, and generate test reports for engineering and program stakeholders
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of test failures, anomalies, and unexpected system behaviors
  • Support the development of test plans, procedures, scripts, and validation methodologies
  • Serve as an on-site electrical engineering resource during test campaigns and system validation activities
  • Ensure electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) and laboratory equipment are operated safely and effectively
  • Track project deliverables, testing milestones, and action items across the team
  • Collaborate with software, systems, and electrical engineering teams to support integrated testing and issue resolution
  • Assist with verification and validation activities to confirm compliance with system and software requirements
  • Support test environment setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for test processes, tools, and documentation practices
  • Provide technical input and support adherence to engineering standards and best practices

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
