  • Deliver first-line technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on communications, network, and related infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams on escalations, upgrades, and service-impacting changes.
  • Utilize monitoring and fault management platforms to track system health, performance, and availability.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, stock tracking, audits, and inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipment of replacement equipment to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Travel to operational sites throughout North America to perform equipment replacement, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in a 24x7 operational support environment, including shift work, weekends, and on-call support as required.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Satellite Communications, RF, or equivalent).

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting satellite, wireless, telecommunications, network operations, or related communications infrastructure environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems in a mission-critical or operational support setting.
  • Hands-on experience working with RF, networking, and communications equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Network Operations Centers (NOC), Global Network Operations Centers (GNOC), or telecommunications operations environments.
  • Knowledge of satellite communications infrastructure and ground-based communications systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective during high-priority incidents.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced operational environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
