Vill du arbeta med kvalitet i en verksamhet där teknik, produktion och leverantörssamarbete står i centrum? Vi söker en kvalitetsingenjör till vårt kontor i Linköping!

Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att kombinera problemlösning och analys med ett nära samarbete med andra funktioner. Du kommer att ha många kontaktytor och arbeta både med att lösa uppkomna kvalitetsproblem och med att skapa förutsättningar för att de inte ska uppstå igen.

Din roll

Du kommer att arbeta nära den dagliga produktionen och vara ett stöd i frågor som rör kvaliteten på inköpt material. När en avvikelse uppstår är du med och bedömer situationen, identifierar orsaken och ser till att rätt åtgärder sätts in.

Rollen innebär även ett nära samarbete med leverantörer. Du följer upp reklamationer, säkerställer att grundorsaker identifieras och ser till att överenskomna åtgärder genomförs och ger önskat resultat.

Arbetet innebär bland annat att du:

  • Bedömer och hanterar avvikelser kopplade till material och komponenter.
  • Säkerställer att kvalitetsärenden dokumenteras och hanteras på ett strukturerat sätt.
  • Utreder problem och arbetar med att identifiera bakomliggande orsaker.
  • Driver reklamationsärenden tillsammans med berörda leverantörer.
  • Följer upp åtgärdsplaner och säkerställer att de slutförs.
  • Använder metoder som 8D och rotorsaksanalys i problemlösningsarbetet.
  • Samverkar med produktion, inköp, konstruktion och andra kvalitetsfunktioner.
  • Bidrar med kvalitetskompetens i det dagliga produktionsarbetet.
  • Identifierar möjligheter att förbättra processer, rutiner och arbetssätt.
  • Har kontakt med både svenska och internationella leverantörer.

Du får därmed en bred roll där du rör dig mellan det operativa kvalitetsarbetet och det mer långsiktiga förbättringsarbetet.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du har arbetat några år inom kvalitet, produktion eller annan teknisk verksamhet och nu vill ta nästa steg i din utveckling. Erfarenhet från industrin är viktig, men lika viktigt är att du har ett strukturerat sätt att angripa problem och kan skapa framdrift även när flera parter behöver involveras.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Cirka 3 års erfarenhet från kvalitetsarbete, produktion, konstruktion, inköp eller motsvarande.
  • Teknisk högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen, alternativt relevant praktisk erfarenhet.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med avvikelser och problemlösning.
  • Kunskap om exempelvis 8D, rotorsaksanalys och riskbedömning.
  • Förståelse för hur kvalitetsfrågor påverkar produktion och leveranser.
  • Mycket god svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara bekväm med att ta egna initiativ och prioritera mellan olika frågor. Du är noggrann utan att fastna i detaljer och har lätt för att kommunicera med personer från olika delar av organisationen.
