Onze partner is actief binnen de internationale farmaceutische dienstverlening en ondersteunt farmaceutische en biotechbedrijven bij de ontwikkeling en productie van geneesmiddelen. Internationale samenwerking, wetenschappelijke expertise en hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden gaan hier samen met een cultuur waarin initiatief en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan. Deze functie biedt vooral perspectief voor een accountant die voelt dat het tijd is voor meer dan pure accounting. Je behoudt de inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding, maar krijgt tegelijk concrete controller-taken rond budgettering, analyses, forecasting en ondersteuning van de business. Daarmee vormt de rol een sterke tussenstap van accounting naar een volwaardige controllerfunctie. Accountant - Controller - Functieomschrijving:

  • A-Z accounting: Je stuurt de algemene en analytische boekhouding van A tot Z, verzorgt maand- en jaarafsluitingen en waakt over correcte reconciliaties, jaarrekeningvoorbereiding en wettelijke aangiftes.
  • Controlling & analyse: Je krijgt een actieve rol in budgettering, variantieanalyses en cashflow forecasting, waardoor je verder kijkt dan historische cijfers en steeds meer inzicht krijgt in de financiële prestaties van de business.
  • Finance partnering: Je groeit uit tot een belangrijk financieel aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie en werkt samen met Corporate Finance en externe specialisten aan betere processen, betrouwbare data en relevante financiële inzichten.

Accountant - Controller - Profiel:

  • Finance expertise: Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een economische of financiële richting en hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen accounting of finance.
  • Groeiambitie: Je hebt een solide accountingbasis, maar wilt inhoudelijk een volgende stap zetten en jezelf sterker ontwikkelen in controlling, forecasting, financiële analyse en ondersteuning van de business.
  • Systemen & communicatie: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, werkt sterk met Excel en ERP-systemen en staat open voor nieuwe digitale en AI-toepassingen; ervaring met Business Central is een pluspunt.
