The posting

Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie met meer dan 600 medewerkers en meerdere regionale vestigingen. Het finance team is centraal georganiseerd vanuit Brussel en bestaat uit een diverse groep professionals die nauw samenwerken rond financiële opvolging, rapportering en klantondersteuning. Na je opleiding kan je werken vanuit het kantoor in regio Gent.

In de rol van AP accountant ontvang je een mooie mix van klantenboekhouding, analyse en optimalisatie. Naast de operationele opvolging van dossiers krijg je de ruimte om processen kritisch te bekijken, rapporteringen te ondersteunen en mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte financiële werking.

AP accountant - Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert de volledige klantenboekhouding, van facturatie en betalingen tot afpunting van rekeningen, opvolging van openstaande posten en behandeling van financiële vragen van klanten.
  • Je optimaliseert actief de cashflow door een efficiënte opvolging van betalingen, het behandelen van geschillen en creditnota's en een nauwgezette opvolging van betalingsgedrag.
  • Je levert waardevolle analyses rond rendabiliteit, marges en klantenprestaties, ondersteunt afsluitingen en audits en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen binnen de financiële afdeling.

AP accountant - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor accountancy of gelijkwaardige ervaring en bracht reeds enkele jaren relevante expertise op binnen klantenboekhouding of credit management.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans en voelt je comfortabel in een functie met frequent klantencontact en nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders.
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch inzicht met een goede kennis van Excel, ERP-systemen en digitale toepassingen, waarbij ervaring met rapporteringstools een bijkomende troef vormt.
