Je kent accounting van binnen en van buiten, maar zoekt meer dan enkel boeken en afsluiten. In deze rol krijg je de kans om financiële analyses uit te voeren, rapporteringen op groepsniveau voor te bereiden en actief mee te werken aan verbeteringen binnen Finance. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar je rechtstreeks samenwerkt met de Finance Manager en zicht krijgt op de volledige financiële keten. Dankzij de combinatie van accounting, reporting en financial control bouw je een veel bredere expertise op dan in een klassieke boekhoudfunctie. Daar staat ook een aantrekkelijk pakket tegenover met een salaris tot €70.000 bruto/jaar, maaltijdcheques van €10 per dag, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, één dag thuiswerk per week en een reëel doorgroeiperspectief richting Finance Manager. Een interessante stap voor accountants die hun impact én verantwoordelijkheden willen vergroten.

Assistant Finance Manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je verwerkt en controleert aankoopfacturen en zorgt voor een correcte boekhoudkundige verwerking.
  • Je volgt leveranciersbetalingen op en behandelt vragen van interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je beheert en analyseert openstaande klantenposten en onderneemt de nodige acties waar nodig.
  • Je voert reconciliaties uit op balansrekeningen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële cijfers.
  • Je ondersteunt de maandafsluiting door het verwerken van afsluitboekingen, provisies en controles.
  • Je werkt mee aan de jaarafsluiting en levert de nodige financiële documentatie aan.
  • Je analyseert P&L- en balansposten, onderzoekt afwijkingen en rapporteert relevante aandachtspunten.
  • Je bereidt groepsrapporteringen voor richting internationale stakeholders en het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt het management met financiële analyses en rapporteringen.
  • Je werkt met SAP S/4HANA, Excel en Power BI om financiële data te verwerken en inzichten te creëren.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor procesoptimalisatie binnen accounting en reporting.
  • Je versterkt bestaande interne controles en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere financiële werking.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en neemt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op binnen reporting, control en financiële projecten.

Assistant Finance Manager - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen accounting of finance en voelt je comfortabel binnen een brede financiële omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van SAP S/4HANA, Excel en financiële afsluitingen en haalt vlot inzichten uit financiële data.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met eigenaarschap, communiceert professioneel in Nederlands en Engels en hebt ambitie om verder door te groeien.
