Voor een gespecialiseerde softwarepartner zijn we op zoek naar een Business Consultant Financiële ERP met een sterke financiële basis en interesse in IT en bedrijfsprocessen. Je begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van financiële software en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete oplossingen.

Je start met een uitgebreid opleidingstraject en werkt samen met ervaren collega's aan uiteenlopende implementatieprojecten. Wie zich verder ontwikkelt, krijgt de mogelijkheid om binnen ongeveer één à twee jaar door te groeien naar een rol als Projectleider, met verantwoordelijkheid voor de coördinatie en opvolging van projecten.

Business Consultant Financiële ERP - Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert de financiële en administratieve processen van klanten en brengt hun behoeften in kaart.
  • Je vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete oplossingen binnen de financiële ERP-software en adviseert over de inrichting en implementatie ervan.
  • Je bereidt workshops en productdemonstraties voor en begeleidt klanten tijdens analyse- en implementatietrajecten.
  • Je staat in voor de configuratie en parametrisatie van de software en ondersteunt klanten tijdens testfases en de ingebruikname.
  • Je leidt gebruikers op en begeleidt hen bij het gebruik van de software.
  • Je levert inhoudelijke input voor offertes en aanbestedingen en denkt mee na over mogelijke oplossingen voor prospecten en bestaande klanten.
  • Je documenteert analyses, configuraties en gemaakte afspraken en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende teams.
  • Op termijn groei je door naar Projectleider.

Business Consultant Financiële ERP - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting, een diploma handelsingenieur of een bachelor in accountancy of boekhouding.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding en inzicht in financiële bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen finance, boekhouding, consultancy of ERP is een sterke troef. Ervaring met ERP-software of implementaties is geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede tot zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en hebt interesse in IT, software en digitalisering.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan complexe materie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen aan klanten.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, neemt initiatief en volgt afspraken en deadlines nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en kan prioriteiten stellen. Bovendien heb je de ambitie om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en projecten te coördineren.
