Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie actief in de mobiliteits- en financieringssector in regio Brussel. De finance-afdeling werkt internationaal en combineert operationele slagkracht met een sterke focus op efficiëntie, procesverbetering en digitalisering.

Deze rol als credit controller biedt een brede scope waarbij je dagelijks schakelt tussen klanten, interne stakeholders en externe partners. Naast het opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen krijg je de kans om mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en een efficiëntere credit- en collectionsaanpak.

Credit Controller - Job omschrijving

  • Je beheert een klantenportefeuille met openstaande facturen, volgt betalingsachterstanden actief op en zorgt voor een duidelijke en correcte communicatie richting klanten.
  • Je bepaalt per dossier de meest geschikte opvolgingsstrategie, onderhandelt betalingsregelingen en escaleert dossiers wanneer nodig naar externe partners zoals advocaten of incassobureaus.
  • Je analyseert betalingsgedrag en kredietrisico's, signaleert terugkerende problemen binnen de portefeuille en werkt mee aan optimalisaties binnen credit management en cashflowbeheer.

Credit Controller - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen credit control, accounts receivable, collections of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken waarin je duidelijke afspraken maakt rond betalingen.
  • Je combineert een resultaatgerichte aanpak met een gestructureerde manier van werken en behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.
