In deze rol stopt accountancy niet bij correcte cijfers, maar begint daar net het advies.De organisatie is actief binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit en financieel advies en ondersteunt ondernemers vanuit een professionele, mensgerichte omgeving. Samenwerking, kennisdeling en eigen verantwoordelijkheid staan daarbij centraal.Als Expert Finance & Accounting neem je ervaren dossiers inhoudelijk in handen, bewaak je de kwaliteit van het werk en bespreek je rechtstreeks optimalisaties met klanten. Daarnaast deel je jouw expertise met collega's, zonder dat daar een hiërarchische leidinggevende rol aan gekoppeld is.Expert boekhouder - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bewaakt als inhoudelijk eindverantwoordelijke de kwaliteit en efficiënte oplevering van jouw dossiers en stuurt bij waar nodig om tot een correct en onderbouwd eindresultaat te komen.
  • Je verzorgt het nazicht en de finalisatie van btw-aangiftes, tussentijdse cijfers en jaarafsluitingen die door consultants worden voorbereid, waarna je de resultaten grondig met klanten bespreekt en optimaliseert.
  • Je treedt op als vertrouwensadviseur voor ondernemers en ondersteunt hen bij fiscale optimalisaties, statutenwijzigingen, fiscale controles en andere bijzondere opdrachten, terwijl je jouw expertise actief met collega's deelt.

Expert boekhouder - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masteropleiding met specialisatie accountancy-fiscaliteit en combineert die achtergrond met minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen een fiduciaire omgeving.
  • Je hebt een stevige technische expertise in accountancy en fiscaliteit, werkt vlot met digitale boekhoudpakketten en communiceert professioneel en overtuigend in het Nederlands.
  • Je combineert een kritische en ondernemende blik met een collegiale aanpak: kennis delen, dossiers grondig doorgronden en klanten gericht adviseren zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekende onderdelen van de functie.
