Die groei gaat gepaard met een toenemende complexiteit op vlak van rapportering, fiscaliteit en consolidatie. Daarom is er nood aan een ervaren accountant die overzicht bewaart, processen verfijnt en een team inhoudelijk aanstuurt.Naast een salaris tot €70.000 bruto/jaar, een bedrijfswagen, thuiswerkmogelijkheden en een volledig pakket aan extralegale voordelen, biedt deze functie vooral de kans om een sleutelpositie op te nemen binnen finance. Je krijgt ruime autonomie, directe impact op meerdere entiteiten en de mogelijkheid om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van de financiële afdeling.Senior Accountant - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je coördineert de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen de holding en bewaakt een correcte verwerking van alle financiële verrichtingen, van afsluitingen tot rapportering.
  • Je stuurt het accountingteam dagelijks aan, ondersteunt collega's bij complexe dossiers en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve werking binnen de afdeling.
  • Je trekt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, analyseert resultaten en vertaalt financiële gegevens naar bruikbare inzichten voor het management.
  • Je beheert de fiscale processen van de verschillende entiteiten, waaronder btw-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en contacten met externe adviseurs.
  • Je neemt de lead in consolidatie-, audit- en optimalisatietrajecten en werkt actief mee aan verdere digitalisering en automatisering van financiële processen.

Senior Accountant - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting en combineert dit met enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen accountancy of corporate finance.
  • Je brengt sterke boekhoudkundige en fiscale expertise mee en voelt je comfortabel binnen een omgeving met meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Je koppelt een uitgesproken ownership aan natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en haalt energie uit het begeleiden van collega's en het optimaliseren van processen.
