Lijntechnieker Regio Malle Wanneer een vul- of verpakkingslijn stilvalt, telt niet alleen hoe snel ze opnieuw draait, maar ook hoe duurzaam het probleem wordt opgelost. Als lijntechnieker combineer je storingsanalyse, technisch onderhoud en machine-optimalisatie om de beschikbaarheid en prestaties van de productielijnen op niveau te houden. Je werkt binnen een industriële productieomgeving in de voedingssector, met geautomatiseerde vul- en verpakkingsinstallaties waar kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid essentieel zijn. Binnen het productieteam heb je een hands-on technische sleutelrol. Je grijpt in bij storingen, bouwt machines om en stelt ze nauwkeurig af. Tegelijk kijk je verder dan de onmiddellijke interventie en zoek je naar technische verbeteringen die rendement en betrouwbaarheid verhogen. Je kiest tussen een vaste nacht of een 2-ploegenstelsel. Lijntechnieker - Functieomschrijving:

  • Storingsanalyse: je lokaliseert technische storingen aan vul- en verpakkingsmachines, analyseert de oorzaak en voert gerichte interventies uit om productieverliezen zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Onderhoud en ombouw: je voert technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, bouwt productiemachines om voor verschillende productieruns en zorgt via nauwkeurige afstellingen voor een betrouwbare werking van de lijn.
  • Optimalisatie: je kijkt kritisch naar de prestaties van machines en installaties, signaleert terugkerende technische problemen en draagt vanuit je praktijkervaring bij aan structurele verbeteringen rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Lijntechnieker - Profiel:

  • Technische opleiding: je beschikt over een relevant diploma in (elektro)mechanica en combineert een stevige technische basis met praktisch inzicht in industriële machines; ervaring binnen een productieomgeving vormt een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Technisch en organisatorisch inzicht: je analyseert problemen gestructureerd, houdt overzicht tijdens interventies en weet technische werkzaamheden efficiënt te organiseren binnen de operationele realiteit van een productielijn.
  • Teamwerk en discipline: je werkt vlot samen met collega's en hanteert hoge standaarden rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne, orde en netheid, zoals verwacht wordt binnen een professionele voedingsproductieomgeving.
