Teamleader Technische Dienst Regio Kempen Storingen die snel en correct worden opgelost, onderhoud dat volgens planning verloopt en techniekers die op elkaar kunnen rekenen. Als Teamleader Technische Dienst ben je het technische aanspreekpunt binnen de werkplaats en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid hand in hand gaan. Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde speler actief in de wereld van gespecialiseerde voertuigen en technische installaties. Het moderne wagen- en machinepark zorgt dagelijks voor technische uitdagingen op vlak van mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en elektriciteit. Deze rol combineert technische expertise met operationeel leiderschap. Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexe diagnoses, bewaakt de planning van de werkplaats en zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en herstellingswerken efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd. Teamleader Technische Dienst - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan techniekers bij complexe storingen en herstellingen binnen mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en elektriciteit en zorgt voor duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je bewaakt de werkplaatsplanning en stelt prioriteiten bij zodat onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden tijdig en volgens afspraak worden afgewerkt.
  • Je verzorgt een correcte operationele opvolging van werkorders, onderhoudsbeurten, keuringen, inspecties en technische rapportering en stemt af met collega's en leidinggevenden.

Teamleader Technische Dienst - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische onderhouds- of serviceomgeving en hebt een brede technische kennis opgebouwd.
  • Je brengt een eerste ervaring in leidinggeven mee of bent klaar om de stap te zetten naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je combineert sterke organisatievaardigheden met een hands-on mentaliteit en blijft ook onder druk gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werken.
