Mekanieker Regio Kempen Mechanische storingen die verder gaan dan de eerste interventie vragen om iemand die snel tot de kern komt. Als Mekanieker combineer je grondige technische kennis met preventief onderhoud en gerichte troubleshooting om productielijnen betrouwbaar beschikbaar te houden. Je komt terecht in een industriële productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector, waar mechanische installaties en geautomatiseerde productielijnen centraal staan. Voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en technisch vakmanschap bepalen er mee de dagelijkse werking. In deze dagfunctie maak je deel uit van de Technische Dienst. Je plant onderhoud rond productiestilstanden, ondersteunt lijntechniekers bij complexere problemen en krijgt voldoende ruimte om vanuit brede mechanische expertise oplossingen uit te werken. Mekanieker - Functieomschrijving:

  • Onderhoud en betrouwbaarheid: je voert preventieve mechanische onderhoudswerken uit aan uiteenlopende productie-installaties en stemt geplande interventies zorgvuldig af op beschikbare stilstanden van de lijnen.
  • Troubleshooting: je analyseert complexere mechanische en pneumatische storingen als tweedelijnsondersteuning, werkt samen met lijntechniekers en zorgt voor een technisch onderbouwde oplossing die de productie opnieuw betrouwbaar laat draaien.
  • Technische uitvoering: je combineert TIG-lassen, het lezen van technische tekeningen en praktische interventies met het signaleren en registreren van problemen, en begeleidt externe technische partners wanneer hun expertise nodig is.

Mekanieker - Profiel:

  • Mechanische expertise: je beschikt over een A2-opleiding Mechanica of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door een ruime ervaring, waarbij circa tien jaar onderhoudservaring als referentie geldt.
  • Brede technische kennis: je hebt een sterke basis in mechanica en pneumatica, kunt technische tekeningen vlot interpreteren en hebt voldoende praktijkervaring om zelfstandig complexe interventies te analyseren en uit te voeren.
  • Communicatie en veiligheid: je communiceert helder met leidinggevenden, lijntechniekers en externe partners en werkt consequent volgens hoge standaarden rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne, orde en netheid; een heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
