Als Operations Manager breng je overzicht in die groei en zorg je ervoor dat technische kwaliteit en leverperformance hand in hand gaan.De omgeving combineert hightech elektronica, hardware en software met een productie- en testorganisatie die nauw samenwerkt met engineering. Geen klassieke serieproductie dus, maar technisch complexe systemen waarbij operationele beslissingen geregeld een stevige inhoudelijke component hebben.In deze rol stuur je de volledige operationele werking en versterk je tegelijk het bestaande managementteam. Je krijgt ruimte om structuur aan te brengen, besluitvorming te versnellen en de organisatie klaar te zetten voor verdere groei.Operations Manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Operationele aansturing: Je stuurt de productie- en testomgeving overkoepelend aan, bewaakt capaciteit, planning en output en vertaalt operationele knelpunten snel naar duidelijke prioriteiten en beslissingen.
  • Structuur en verbetering: Je brengt meer ritme en overzicht in een organisatie die sterk is opgeschaald, scherpt processen en verantwoordelijkheden aan en realiseert verbeteringen die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Technische samenwerking: Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen operations, engineering en ondersteunende disciplines en maakt onderbouwde afwegingen wanneer technische issues, materiaalbeschikbaarheid of deadlines de productie beïnvloeden.

Operations Manager - Profiel:

  • Ervaren operationsprofessional: Je hebt stevige ervaring met het aansturen van productie, operations of een technische site en bent gewend om teams en processen door een periode van groei of verandering te loodsen.
  • Technische affiniteit: Je voelt je thuis in een complexe technische omgeving met elektronica, hardware, software of vergelijkbare technologie en kunt voldoende inhoudelijk meepraten om samen met specialisten tot goede beslissingen te komen.
  • Daadkrachtig leiderschap: Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met besluitvaardigheid, stelt heldere prioriteiten en durft knopen door te hakken wanneer timing, kwaliteit en operationele resultaten daarom vragen.
