Product Owner Locatie: Antwerpen Je komt als Product Owner terecht in een gevestigde Belgische softwareorganisatie te Antwerpen die bedrijfskritische toepassingen ontwikkelt binnen de Supply Chain sector. De oplossingen ondersteunen complexe processen waarin betrouwbaarheid, gebruiksgemak en correcte verwerking essentieel zijn. Achter hun softwareproduct staat een multidisciplinair team van developers, functioneel analisten, architecten en projectprofessionals dat voortdurend verder bouwt aan de functionaliteit en kwaliteit van het platform. Binnen die omgeving neem je als Product Owner een centrale positie in tussen gebruikersbehoeften, business en development. Je combineert productvisie en prioritering met voldoende functionele diepgang om requirements uit te werken, developers inhoudelijk richting te geven en nieuwe functionaliteiten kritisch te valideren. Daardoor zie je rechtstreeks hoe jouw keuzes zich vertalen naar een beter product. Product Owner - Functieomschrijving:

  • Product ownership: Je beheert en prioriteert de productbacklog vanuit gebruikerswaarde en productdoelstellingen, vertaalt behoeften naar heldere user stories en acceptatiecriteria en bepaalt samen met het team welke ontwikkelingen op het juiste moment worden opgepakt.
  • Development & stakeholders: Je vormt de inhoudelijke schakel tussen stakeholders, functioneel analisten en developers, zet requirements om in duidelijke werkpakketten en bewaakt tijdens de sprints de scope en focus zodat ad-hocvragen niet ten koste gaan van afgesproken prioriteiten.
  • Kwaliteit & productverbetering: Je volgt nieuwe functionaliteiten van analyse tot oplevering, test kritisch of ze functioneel doen wat verwacht wordt en onderzoekt actief waar technologie en AI mogelijkheden bieden om het product of de manier van werken verder te verbeteren.

Product Owner - Profiel:

  • Product- en softwareervaring: Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als Product Owner, functioneel analist of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen softwareontwikkeling en bent vertrouwd met Agile/Scrum, requirements en het structureren van een backlog.
  • Analytisch & communicatief: Je doorgrondt complexe vragen, brengt structuur in verschillende verwachtingen en communiceert vlot met zowel technische collega's als business stakeholders, waarbij je beslissingen helder kunt onderbouwen.
  • Ownership & kritische blik: Je durft prioriteiten te stellen en ook "nee" of "nog niet" te zeggen wanneer dat nodig is, terwijl je tegelijk nieuwsgierig blijft naar betere oplossingen en nieuwe technologie. Ervaring met Azure DevOps of Confluence is een bijkomende troef.
