Voor een gespecialiseerde softwarepartner zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider die de verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor complexe software-implementaties en belangrijke klantrelaties. Je coördineert projecten van opstart tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat planning, budget, scope en kwaliteit nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.

Naast de operationele verantwoordelijkheid krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de projectwerking. Voor kandidaten met de juiste resultaten en leiderschapscompetenties ligt er bovendien een doorgroeitraject richting Consulting Manager in het verschiet.

Projectleider Financiële ERP - Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je organiseert en coördineert ERP-implementatieprojecten van de initiële opstart tot de oplevering en nazorg.
  • Je bewaakt de projectplanning, het budget, de scope, de kwaliteit en de beschikbare middelen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je organiseert projectmeetings en stuurgroepen en volgt acties, beslissingen, risico's en deadlines nauwgezet op.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen consultants, technische teams, support en andere betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang, resultaten en eventuele knelpunten en neemt initiatief om problemen tijdig op te lossen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor operationele medewerkers, management en directie.
  • Je adviseert klanten over de verdere ontwikkeling van hun processen en identificeert bijkomende behoeften en opportuniteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt commerciële trajecten door inhoudelijke input te leveren voor offertes en aanbestedingen en door presentaties en demonstraties te verzorgen.
  • Je bouwt actief kennis op van de financiële ERP-software en de bedrijfsprocessen van klanten om implementaties inhoudelijk goed te kunnen aansturen.

Projectleider Financiële ERP - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële, bedrijfskundige of aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in projectmanagement en hebt complexe implementatie-, ERP-, software- of digitaliseringsprojecten geleid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het bewaken van planning, budget, scope, resources en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met klantencontact op managementniveau en beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met financiële processen, ERP-software of bedrijfssoftware. Kennis van de specifieke software is geen vereiste.
  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede professionele kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, neemt ownership en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook wanneer projecten onder druk staan.
  • Je beschikt over het potentieel en de ambitie om op termijn medewerkers te coachen en een consultancyteam aan te sturen.
