In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om financiële processen mee te bewaken en managementbeslissingen te ondersteunen met betrouwbare rapportering en inzichten.Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie actief in een complexe infrastructuur- en mobiliteitsomgeving waar operationele continuïteit, investeringen en dienstverlening dagelijks samenkomen. De financiële afdeling speelt daarbij een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de verdere ontwikkeling van de activiteiten.Als Senior Accountant AZ neem je een brede accountingrol op met directe impact op de financiële rapportering en afsluitingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en krijgt de ruimte om ownership te nemen over dossiers, analyses en optimalisaties.Senior Accountant - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je beheert de boekhouding van A tot Z, verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, banken en financiële verrichtingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie.
  • Je realiseert de maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, verwerkt afschrijvingen en overlopende rekeningen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige financiële rapportering.
  • Je ondersteunt de rapportage richting management, bereidt fiscale aangiften en jaarrekening voor en volgt klanten- en leveranciersbalansen nauwgezet op.

Senior Accountant - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit of een economische richting en combineert dit met een stevige financiële basis.
  • Je bouwde minstens 5 jaar ervaring op binnen een allround accountingomgeving en voelt je vertrouwd met afsluitingen, rapportering en fiscaliteit.
  • Je werkt met een sterke eigenaarschapsmentaliteit, handelt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en voelt je goed binnen een omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen.
