Net daarom staat deze opportuniteit open voor professionals die hun accountingkennis willen inzetten binnen een bredere finance-omgeving. Binnen deze internationale organisatie word je de rechterhand van de Finance Manager en krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan afsluitingen, financiële analyses, groepsrapportering en procesverbeteringen. Je impact reikt daardoor veel verder dan de klassieke boekhouding. Met een finance team van zes collega's, moderne tools zoals SAP S/4HANA en Power BI, flexibele werkuren, thuiswerkmogelijkheid en ruimte voor opleidingen krijg je alle kansen om jezelf zowel technisch als professioneel verder te ontwikkelen. Senior Accountant - Functie:

  • Je beheert mee de general ledger accounting en zorgt voor correcte boekingen, reconciliaties en een nauwkeurige opvolging van balansrekeningen.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable, analyseert openstaande posten en ondersteunt een vlotte afhandeling van betalingen en ontvangsten.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol tijdens de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief afsluitboekingen, controles en financiële reconciliaties.
  • Je analyseert de P&L en balans, onderzoekt afwijkingen en vertaalt financiële resultaten naar heldere inzichten voor het management.
  • Je bereidt de groepsrapportering voor en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige aanlevering van financiële gegevens aan het internationale hoofdkantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van financial control door betrouwbare rapporteringen, analyses en managementinformatie aan te leveren.
  • Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Finance Manager en neemt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op binnen reporting, analyse en financiële dossiers.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten voor procesverbetering, optimaliseert bestaande workflows en helpt mee aan efficiëntere financiële controles en rapporteringsprocessen.

Senior Accountant - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over accountingervaring binnen een brede financiële functie en voelt je comfortabel binnen afsluitingen, reconciliaties en financiële analyses.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van SAP S/4HANA, werkt vlot met Excel en kan financiële rapporteringen opbouwen of interpreteren via Power BI.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in Nederlands en Engels, neemt eigenaarschap over dossiers en combineert nauwkeurigheid met ambitie om verder door te groeien.
