In deze rol krijg je niet alleen de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere vennootschappen, maar ook de ruimte om financiële processen verder te optimaliseren binnen een professioneel vastgoedbedrijf. Daar staat een aantrekkelijk pakket tegenover met een salaris tot €70.000 bruto/jaar, een bedrijfswagen met laadpas, thuiswerkmogelijkheden, maaltijdcheques van €10 en een netto onkostenvergoeding.De organisatie is actief binnen residentieel en commercieel vastgoed en bouwt vanuit een familiale langetermijnvisie aan duurzame projecten verspreid over Vlaanderen. Binnen finance wordt sterk ingezet op digitalisatie, efficiënte processen en kwalitatieve rapportering ter ondersteuning van verdere groei.Als Senior Accountant werk je rechtstreeks samen met de CFO en neem je een centrale positie in binnen de financiële organisatie. Je combineert accounting, fiscaliteit, consolidatie en teamcoördinatie, waardoor je zowel operationeel als strategisch een belangrijke impact hebt op de verdere uitbouw van de finance afdeling. Senior Accountant - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bewaakt de volledige A-Z boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen de groep, coördineert tussentijdse afsluitingen en jaarafsluitingen en zorgt voor een correcte financiële rapportering richting management en stakeholders.
  • Je neemt de lead in fiscaliteit, consolidatie en audit, volgt wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving nauwgezet op, begeleidt fiscale controles en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors en adviseurs.
  • Je combineert een operationele expertise met een meer strategische financerol door medewerkers te begeleiden, financiële analyses en planningen te ondersteunen en actief bij te dragen aan digitalisatie- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen de organisatie.

Senior Accountant - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy, audit of een vergelijkbare financiële omgeving met als basis een hoger diploma in een economische richting.
  • Je combineert een sterke analytische ingesteldheid met een kritische blik en weet financiële gegevens om te zetten in heldere inzichten.
  • Je neemt spontaan ownership, werkt zelfstandig en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin je collega's ondersteunt en processen verder professionaliseert
