This flight school is a sister company of the airline ASTONJET, a major player in business aviation in Europe.

The role Under the supervision of the Head of Training, the assistant will be responsible for ensuring the interface between Astonfly and all students.

Responsibilities

  • Educational and logistical support for students: attendance monitoring, administrative assistance, exam registration, management of financing files, sending of letters (including mailings),
  • Student follow-up: educational and disciplinary interviews,
  • Accommodation offer management: development and monitoring of partnerships with student residences, in particular,
  • Management of equipment and uniforms (ordering, distribution to students).

To successfully meet these criteria, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent presentation and articulation, with a natural sense of contact,
  • Great rigor
  • Reactivity, dynamism, and proactive listening,
  • Initiative-taking, organizational skills,
  • Team spirit, confidentiality, and discretion,
  • Responsibility and autonomy,
  • Proficiency in English.
