We're Hiring | Consultant ENT Surgeon

📍 Location: Dubai

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat disorders, performing advanced ENT surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care. The role requires excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions.
  • Perform ENT surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).
  • Manage sinusitis, nasal obstruction, hearing disorders, vertigo, and voice-related conditions.
  • Evaluate and treat head and neck masses, salivary gland disorders, and upper airway conditions.
  • Conduct and interpret nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, audiological assessments, and diagnostic imaging.
  • Provide surgical and nonsurgical management of chronic ear infections and other otological disorders.
  • Assess patients before surgery and provide comprehensive postoperative care.
  • Manage ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, airway obstruction, and foreign-body emergencies.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient care standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT Surgery.
  • Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.
  • American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in advanced ENT surgery, endoscopic sinus procedures, otology, and head and neck disorders.
  • Excellent surgical skills, communication abilities, and clinical decision-making.
  • Eligible for DHA Consultant Otolaryngology classification/license in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
