We're Hiring | Consultant Family Medicine

📍 Location: Dubai

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Family Medicine to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting preventive healthcare and patient wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups.
  2. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  3. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  4. Conduct routine health examinations, screenings, and preventive care assessments.
  5. Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions.
  6. Provide immunizations, health education, and lifestyle counseling.
  7. Coordinate patient referrals to specialists when necessary.
  8. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of patient care.
  9. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
  10. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital clinical protocols.
  11. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
  • Board Certification, CCT, Fellowship, or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as per UAE PQR requirements.
  • Valid DHA Consultant license or eligibility, or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong knowledge of primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
