We're Hiring | Specialist Plastic Surgeon

📍 Location: Dubai

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join its surgical team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures in accordance with established medical standards.
  2. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessments, and preoperative evaluations.
  3. Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical indications.
  4. Perform procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation within approved clinical privileges.
  5. Manage reconstructive procedures involving trauma, congenital abnormalities, and post-surgical defects.
  6. Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery.
  7. Identify and manage surgical complications and implement appropriate corrective measures.
  8. Maintain accurate medical records, surgical documentation, and patient consent forms.
  9. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  10. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, patient safety protocols, and hospital policies.
  11. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
  • Recognized postgraduate specialization in Plastic Surgery.
  • Valid DHA Specialist License or Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Relevant post-specialization clinical experience in accordance with UAE PQR requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practice.
