Voor deze uitdagende functie zoeken we een operator die zichzelf herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Ervaring & Techniek: Je hebt relevante ervaring als operator en beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht. Ervaring met rollend materiaal (en het veilig behandelen hiervan) is een pluspunt.
  • Computervaardigheden: Kunnen en willen werken met computersystemen is een absolute must voor het registreren van gegevens.
  • Fysieke paraatheid: Je beschikt over een goede fysieke conditie, aangezien hef- en tilwerk deel uitmaken van je dagelijkse routine.
  • Persoonlijkheid & Werkattitude:
  • Je bent gedreven om binnen de voedingsindustrie te werken, waar orde en netheid centraal staan.
  • Je bent proactief, ziet werk en houdt ervan om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, snel en blijft kalm onder druk of bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, denkt mee over continue verbeteringen en staat open voor feedback om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Operator Afwerking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige eindtraject van ons product. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Machinebeheer & Instellingen: Het correct instellen van de afwerkingsmachines om een kwalitatief eindproduct te garanderen.
  • Grondstoffencontrole: Het nauwkeurig en correct doseren van de benodigde grondstoffen voor de afwerking van het snoep.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking & Registratie: Het uitvoeren van de gevraagde metingen of analyses en het accuraat registreren van deze gegevens in het computersysteem Objective.
  • Eerstelijnstechniek: Het analyseren van technische storingen. Je maakt zelfstandig het onderscheid tussen kleine en grote defecten, lost kleine problemen zelf op en schakelt de technische dienst in wanneer nodig. Je rapporteert elke storing in Objective.
  • Hygiene & Veiligheid: Het proactief proper houden van zowel de machine als de directe werkomgeving, waarbij je strikt volgens de hygiene- en veiligheidsprocedures van de voedingsindustrie werkt.
